**Items and classification**
With items TAB, here we can see all of the items, items in Excel can only view the status of normal items
1, on the right side of the item list, click on the inventory editor - for more information, choose 'is effective to use, can't find the item in the item page, can be found on items and categories
2, add the classification, in the system Settings - items and classification (or item page click the "add category" at the bottom of the list of categories of), you can add new category
3, click the system Settings - related items and classification of the 'add item (or items in page click "add new item"), can be added manually
Item edit page, fill out and then click the [sure] or [new] established and successfully adding, is required
4, all open/all catalogs of fold is the following operation
5, upload/download template template/export item data (or goods, import and export, download item templates)
According to the template to fill in the content, the template with the column name "[required]" is written as a mandatory, the rest is optional
Fill in as shown in figure, after editing
In goods, import and export - Excel data uploading, pop-up 'select upload template
Click on the "browse" button, select edit just now save the Excel file, click ok
After successful upload a pop-up tip uploaded successfully
6, on the items page (or system Settings - items and classification), move the mouse to classification list, the corresponding classification will edit and delete icon appears, click edit
Classification of edit popup Windows, if you want to modify the information, edit and then click the [sure] button to save
7, on the items page (or system Settings - items and classification), move the mouse to classification list, can appear the classification of the corresponding edit and delete buttons, delete classification will try to delete all categories of items
Click the delete icon, pop-up prompts, loading and unloading goods, if on the classification of deleted successfully
If the items on the data of in-out warehouse may be delete failed.
8, auxiliary units
If you want to add more units can be set up in 'auxiliary units, set up the other units and the conversion relation of some basic units, if you don't want to use auxiliary units, can be deleted
9, at the right hand page mnemonic, by name, code, or click ok or press enter key to find
10, if the cashier just as the items in stock, we can also import this item from the cashier, such as beverage category, click on the top right corner "items - from cashier import items", following the operational layer
On the left to choose need to copy the cashier classification, on the right choice need to be copied to the inventory classification, and then select two set conditions, if the classification is wine, general is the default, then click ok
