解决的方式:
1. 可以自己重新安装， 然后选中选项。
2. 或者使用下面的cmd 修改注册表（不熟悉的不推荐啊）

注意 VSCODE的安装路径这里使用的是默认的 C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft VS Code\\ 你要换成你安装的路径才对。
然后双击这个文件就行了， 如果有问题就以管理员的身份运行。
然后就可以使用了。

## VSCODE 不能拖拽打开文件或者文件夹问题【个人解决方案】
环境
系统： Win10 10586
编辑器： Ａtom 1.9+ （今天更新到1.9.5） / VSCODE(1.3+..现在更新到1.4了)
解决方案：
罪魁祸首就是开启了管理员运行 — 关闭了即可恢复
