# Sphinx Extension for Yii 2
This extension adds [Sphinx](http://sphinxsearch.com/docs) full text search engine extension for the Yii 2 framework. It supports all Sphinx features including [Runtime Indexes](http://sphinxsearch.com/docs/current.html#rt-indexes).
