**1.客服后台进行添加分组,建议一个门店一个分组;**

**2.进入系统设置在通用设置里面开启智能分配;**

**3.选择添加客服,不会请看侧边栏第5步教程指引;**

**4.添加完成后点击复制客服专属链接;**
