1. 作宾语

请吃一些鱼吧。（yourself放在谓语help后面作宾语）
We enjoyed ourselves last night.
我们昨天晚上玩得很愉快。
2. 同位语(解释说明其前名词)
The thing itself is not important.
这件事本身不重要。（itself放在主语名词The ting后面作同位语，去掉itself也可以）
Take good care of yourself.
照顾好你自己。（Take good care of 照顾好xxx）
She gained control of herself.
她控制住了自己（xxx gained control of xxx ）
