## **1. Function Introduction**

## **2.Operate Process**
#### **1) Add Employees**
Click the button "Add", edit the information such as cell phone number, mailbox, employee name, department, position, role name on the "Add User" page, and click the button "Confirm" to add employees.
You can set the current employee as the person in charge when adding a new employee.
You can set the enable/disable status of the employee.

#### **2) Modify Employees**
Click the button "Modify" in the Operation column to enter the "Modify User" page, where you can modify the employee's name, department, position, role, etc., and set the enable/disable status.
Click the button "Reset PSW" to reset PSW, the default PSW is User123456 after resetting.

#### **3) Delete Employees**
Click the button "Delete" in the operation column to delete the specified employees.

#### **4) Query and export employee information**
You can input an employee name, cell phone number, mailbox and enable status in the search box to query an employee information.
Click the button "Export" to export employee information.
