**Work Strategies**

The heart of the rail interface is聽the track work strategy. Each work strategy contains code that determines how trains are discharged and loaded when they arrive at the terminal.

Pick Work Strategy - This pick option enables you to determine which work strategy should be used. The track number is available as an input parameter in the code.
Strategies - This list shows the strategies that you have defined for your model. To add a new strategy, click the Add聽button at the top. To delete a selected strategy, click the Remove button. To edit a strategy, highlight it in the list.
Name - This value is the name assigned to the selected work strategy.
Code - You can edit the work strategy code by pressing the button on the right. The default work strategy shows example code for how you can discharge and load a train. More documentation is available in the FlexTerm Command Help for each of the commands used in this code.
